Delaware LP, LLC, & General Partnerships – Annual Tax Due June 1st, 2019

Limited Partnerships, Limited Liability Companies, and General Partnerships formed in Delaware are required to pay an annual tax on or before June 1st of each year. Not receiving notice does not exempt you from filing and paying by the due date.

What’s Due & When
Annual tax of $300.00 on or before June 1st of each year

Missed Deadline
Penalty for non or late payment is $200.00
Interest accrues on the tax and penalty at the rate of 1.5% per month.

How to File
All annual taxes must be filed electronically with the Delaware Division of Corporations and paid only in U.S. dollars drawn from U.S. banks.

– American Express
