California Secretary of State UCC Connect Online Services Will Be Offline July 1st to July 5th
June 29, 2016 State UpdateThe Secretary of State’s UCC Connect online services will not be available beginning Friday, July 1st at 12:00 a.m. PST until Tuesday, July 5th at 8:00 a.m. PST, as they perform upgrade activities to their system. Any California UCC filing submission through our online system or over the counter will not be processed by the Secretary of State and FCS will not be able to fulfill California certified searches until Tuesday, July 5th at 8:00 a.m. PST.
