Legislative Bill 749 eliminates the requirement for nonprofit corporations to pay an additional per page filing fee of $5.00 when filing their biennial report. The bill clarifies that fraternal societies pay the same filing fees as nonprofit corporations. This bill is effective as of July 16, 2018.
