Company History
1987
Founder David Silverburg started Bay Area Courthouse Services in Redwood City, California to provide key services, including manual document retrieval from courthouses.
1993
Rebranded as Pacific Corporate & Title Services. Opened the Sacramento branch office and eventually expanded to provide services across the entire west coast.
1998
Acquired Microfilm machine and data set and hired a Searcher to conduct manual data searches. The Searcher would report results to the Processor, who then looked at UCC document images location on reels and microfilm print.
Started using direct dial-up communication with different states to access business entity information.
1999
Introduced the Online UCC Portal for searching, filing and monitoring in the state of California.
2000
Moved the company headquarters to our current corporate office location in Sacramento, California.
2004
Opened the Delaware branch office and expanded contractor network to offer nationwide coverage for over 3,600 counties and increased from 100 to over 800 correspondents.
2005
Rebranded as First Corporate Solutions and launched as a nationwide company to focus on nationwide financial and legal clients.
2016
Launched legal services division.
2019
Named Samuel Hon as CEO, assuming the position from founder David Silverburg.
2020
Introduced a new ERP system and migrated all data to the cloud as part of the company’s digital transformation and infrastructure upgrade.
2026
Launched modernized Ficoso UCC portal with updated backend infrastructure, new branding, and fresh marketing pages.
