Connecticut Shuts Down UCC E-File Site Until June 21, 2021

The Connecticut Secretary of State's Business Services Division has shut down CONCORD, their online system for business and UCC filings effective June 17, 2021. All business filings will be available on the Connecticut Business One Stop website on June 21, 2021.
