CA Secretary Of State To Shut Down Online UCC System July 13
July 07, 2020 State UpdateOn Monday, July 13, 2020 at 12:01 AM, the California Secretary of State’s office plans to shut down their current UCC Online System. Their new system will go live on July 15, 2020, around 10:00 AM.
During this time, users will not be able to submit electronic filings or conduct any online searches on California’s system. All documents received by mail or the Sacramento drop box during this time will receive a filing date of July 15, 2020, at 5:00 PM.
While the State’s system is shut down, First Corporate Solutions will be holding all filings received for the California Secretary of State. Please contact your Client Services Specialist for any urgent filings. There will be no impact to the availability of UCC searches for First Corporate Solutions’ systems.
