The Delaware Secretary of State staff will be available from 8 A.M. to 10:30 A.M.
– There will be no Priority 3 “Same Day” service or Priority 5 “Must Approvals”. After Division employees depart for the event at 10:30 A.M., agents may enter and submit Priority 5 “Must Approvals”. Those approvals will be processed on Thursday after the higher priorities have been processed.
– All 30 Minute, Priority 1 (1-hour service) & Priority 2 (2-hour service) must be received by 9:00 A.M. and all Priority 4 (24 hour service) must be received by 12 noon.
– DCIS and Fax Gateway will be available until 11:59 P.M. for securing filing dates and times.
