The below is a list of dates the Delaware Secretary of State will be closed throughout 2016 and beginning of 2017:

Tuesday, November 8, 2016
State Holiday – Election Day – The Division of Corporations will be closed
Friday, November 11, 2016
State Holiday – Veterans Day – The Division of Corporations will be closed
Thursday, November 24 & Friday, November 25, 2016
State Holidays – Thanksgiving Day and day after Thanksgiving – The Division of Corporations will be closed
Friday, December 9, 2016

• All 30 Minute and Priority 1 (one-hour service) must be received by 5 P.M.; Priority 2 (two-hour service) must be received by 4 P.M.  All other cut-off times will remain unchanged.
• 30 Minute, Priority 1 and 2 filings/requests will not be processed between the hours of 11:00 A.M. and 2:00 P.M. and must be submitted prior to 10 A.M. in order to be processed prior to Division personnel leaving for the recognition event.

Monday, December 26, 2016
State Holiday – Christmas Day (observed) – The Division of Corporations will be closed

Monday, January 2, 2017
State Holiday – New Year’s Day (observed) – The Division of Corporations will be closed
