Important Notice: Oregon Secretary Of State Releases New Business Entity Forms
November 20, 2017New forms for Articles of Incorporation, Articles of Organization, and their related forms were released by the Oregon Secretary of State (revision date is 11/17).
Starting January 1, principle place of business and officer/director/member/manager information will be REQUIRED when entities file their articles; there will no longer be an option to wait until filing their first annual report.
The old forms will NOT be accepted after the first of the year.
