Los Angeles Business Programs Division Office Closed
July 23, 2020 State UpdateOut of abundance of caution related to COVID-19, the Los Angeles Business Programs Division office, Suite 12513, in the Ronald Reagan State Building will be closing.
Beginning Thursday, July 23, 2020, a locked drop box will be available for customer use in the first floor lobby of the Ronald Reagan building. Los Angeles documents left in the drop box will be picked up periodically and sent to Sacramento for processing. The documents will be returned to the mailing address provided on the counter sheet included with your document.
It is anticipated that the Los Angeles Business Programs Division office will be reopening on or before August 3, 2020. Please watch the Bizfile website (https://www.sos.ca.gov/business-programs/bizfile/) for updates.
For faster service, you are encouraged to submit your documents directly to our Sacramento office.
