We have been recently informed that New York Department of State, Division of Corporations, State Records & UCC will be doing system maintenance starting Thursday, December 21, 2020 at 3:30 EST through Monday, January 4, 2021 at 12PM EST. During this time, the ability to file UCCs through their systems will be unavailable.

Important to note: Certificates of Incorporation and Articles of Organization can be still filed online using their Ecorp filing system.
