Due to Winter Storm Jonas, several East Coast jurisdictions are closing early or have closed today:

• Delaware  –  In anticipation of the inclement weather and potential need for the early departure of their staff, the Delaware Secretary of State has modified expedite cut-off times. All 30 minute, One-Hour and Two-Hour submissions must be received by 4:00 PM (EST). All other cut-off times will remain unchanged.
• North Carolina State and County offices are closed today.
• Washington DC and Federal government offices in the District are closing at noon today (EST).
