Connecticut Shuts Down UCC E-File Site Until June 21, 2021

The Connecticut Secretary of State's Business Services Division has shut down CONCORD, their online system for business and UCC filings effective June 17, 2021. Delaware Government Offices Closed June 18, 2021

Delaware Governor John Carney announced that June 18, 2021, will be an additional holiday for state government in honor of Juneteenth and that government offices will be closed that day.
