Delaware Division of Corporations Closed Friday Afternoon (9/24)

On Friday, September 24, 2021 an off-site Employee Recognition event is planned for all the employees of the Delaware Division of Corporations. The Division staff will be departing at 11:30 A.M., there will not be an evening shift and the following changes will be in effect:

Friday, September 24, 2021

  • Staff will work from 8 A.M. to 11:30 A.M.
  • There will be no Priority 3 “Same Day” service or Priority 5 “Must Approvals”. After Division employees depart for the event at 11:30 A.M., agents may enter and submit Priority 5 “Must Approvals”. Those approvals will be processed Monday after the higher priorities have been processed.
  • All 30 Minute and Priority 1 (one-hour service) must be received by 10 A.M., Priority 2 (two-hour service) must be received by 9:00 A.M. and all Priority 4 (24 hour service) must be received by 12 noon.
