The Florida Department of State Division of Corporations has stated that business entities will be dissolved or revoked at the close of business on September 28th, if an annual report is not filed by September 21st. The last day to pay by check for 2018 is September 21st. Credit card payments will be accepted until 5:00 pm September 28th.
