Office Closures Due to Hurricane Michael
October 09, 2018 State UpdateThe Florida UCC and the Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations will be closed the following days due to Hurricane Michael: Tuesday, 10/09/18 – Thursday, 10/11/18.
These services will NOT be available while closed:
– Certified copies
– Corporate & UCC filings
– Non-electronic Good Standing Certificates
What you CAN DO in the meantime:
– UCC searches
– Plain copies of charter documents
– Electronic Good Standing Certificates
