The Delaware Division of Corporations 4-12 night shift is working from 2:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M.
During this time:
– DCIS and Fax Gateway will be available until 11:59 P.M. for securing filing dates and times.

The Delaware Division of Corporations staff will be available from 8 A.M. to 11:30 A.M. EST.
During this time:
– 30 Minute & Priority 1 (1-hour) must be received by 9:00 A.M. EST
– Priority 2 (2-hour) must be received by 9:00 A.M. EST
– No Priority 3 (Same Day) service
– Priority 4 (24 hour) must be received by 12:00 P.M. EST
– No Priority 5 (Must Approvals) before 11:30 A.M. EST
– DCIS and Fax Gateway will be available until 10:29 P.M. for securing filing dates and times.
