The following services will be unavailable during this transition period:

– new entity filings
– initial filings
– annual list filings
– amendments
– state business license applications
– copies requests
– Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) filings
– amendments and search requests
– Notary Public applications
– renewals and
– search services
