Delaware State Government Offices Closed Friday 6/19/2020
June 18, 2020 State UpdateDelaware Governor John Carney announced today that June 19, 2020, will be an additional holiday for state government in honor of Juneteenth and that government offices will be closed that day. Because of this, any business entity filings will not be able to be processed until Monday. Therefore, if you need a filing to receive Friday’s date of 6/19/202, the global filing service will be in effect.
