Florida Division of Corporations remains closed until July 27, 2020
July 17, 2020The Florida Division of Corporations has once again closed their office. They are expected to remain closed until July 27. Online services and Apostille / Legalization requests remain available at this time. All other requests may be delivered and delivery dates will be honored, but they will not be processed until the office re-opens again.
