Chicago Business Services Office Closed Until August 6, 2020
July 29, 2020 State UpdateOut of an abundance of caution, the Chicago Business Services Office (69 W. Washington St.) will be closed until August 6 because of an employee who tested positive for COVID-19. The Business Services Office handles business service filings including but not limited to articles of incorporation, articles of organization for LLCs and annual reports.
The Illinois Department of Public Health has been consulted and confirmed that the public is not directly impacted by this situation. Employees who work at the office are being quarantined for 14 days and the office is scheduled to be cleaned and sanitized according to CDC guidelines and will reopen on August 6.
The Springfield Business Services office is open and customers may file online at www.cyberdriveillinois.com, by mail or in person at the Springfield office. For further information, call 217-782-6961.
