The California Escrow Association (CEA) held its annual conference last weekend at the Long Beach Convention Center, and First Corporate Solutions was proud to be there with our long time partners in the Bulk Sale escrow industry. The sessions were well attended and educational, including the lively question and answer exchange with DBO Division of Corporations Senior Deputy Commissioner Edgar L. Gill, Jr. and staff and the always interesting legislative update with CEA legal advocates Mike Belote and Lexi Howard. Outgoing President Kathy Lozano shared an emotional side of herself at the installation luncheon followed up with a rousing speech from new President Deb Perry. All in all, it was another successful CEA!

First Corporate Solutions conducted a drawing for a gift basket at the conclusion of the event. Congratulations to winner Darleen Sweet of Ticor Title!
