Delaware SOS Only Accepts DCIS UCC Filing Until Further Notice
November 05, 2015 Services / System Update11/6/21015 Update: Delaware Secretary of State UCC system is back up and they are accepting UCC filing via their website and DCIS.
11/5/2015: For clients who need to file UCC in Delaware, the only way to file a UCC from our Delaware office is through the DCIS system. The cost is $100 for routine service which is taking about 2-3 weeks. This is the only option available until further notice. Contact your account manager if you have any questions.
