First Corporate Solutions will be launching several enhancement updates to its online search and filing system on Friday, 2/5/16. Here are the highlights.

Filing System

• Faster Access to Documents – Links in email confirmations will now go directly to corresponding documents instead of to the filing information screen, reducing the number of clicks to reach important information.
• Clearer Filer Identification –  “First Corporate Solutions” contact info will be populated as the filer to standardize the filing process. This will not impact the validity of the financing statement.

Search System

• Large Document Retrievals Estimator – A countdown pop-up screen will appear while loading document images so users can estimate the time remaining for the download process.
