Friday, December 14, 2018 – Change in Office Hours at SOS of DE

Our DE Division will be closed from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. EST and the 4 a.m.- 12 p.m team will be working 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. EST.

The following order changes will be in effect:
30 Minute & Priority 1 (one-hour service) must be received by 5 p.m. EST
Priority 2 (two-hour service) must be received by 4 p.m. EST
30 Minute, Priority 1 and 2 filings/requests will not be processed between the hours
of 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. EST and must be submitted prior to 10 a.m. in order to be processed.
Fax Gateway will be available until 10:30 P.M. for securing filing dates and times.
