On December 3, 2020, the California Department of Public Health issued a new Regional Stay At Home Order in an effort to slow the spread of COVID-19.

Beginning Friday, December 11, 2020, many counties in the Sacramento, San Joaquin and Southern California regions will temporarily close their doors to the public for all over-the-counter services. County Clerks will continue to provide services by mail, including certified copy requests.
