On July 18, 2019, the Nevada Secretary of State’s Office launched a new system that impacted UCC and Corporate data, UCC filings, UCC and Corporate searches and online copy services. First Corporate Solutions has been providing updates once a month regarding various issues we have been experiencing related to turnaround times for various order types.

For the past couple of weeks, the turnaround times for copies has been a least a week rather than the standard 24 – 48 hours. We have been diligent about contacting Nevada SOS when our orders aren’t available within that timeframe. We have also noticed that special characters are displayed with brackets (< >) on the UCC filing images (e.g., HTML code).
