The Virginia Corporate Commission is planning to release a new system on December 9th. Some immediate effects to consider include:

• from November 22nd to December 16th, all expedited or rush services will not be offered;
• online services will be impacted starting on November 25th, except for new domestic business registrations;
• the Corporate Commission’s website and online services will not be available from December 4th to 6th.

Electronic filings from the FCS online system will not be impacted however.
