The Secretary of State’s UCC Connect online services will not be available beginning Friday, July 1st at 12:00 a.m. PST until Tuesday, July 5th at 8:00 a.m. PST, as they perform upgrade activities to their system. Paper Filings No Longer Accepted By North Dakota Secretary Of State

The North Dakota Secretary of State has announced that it will launch a new Central Indexing System (CIS) on March 1,2016. The SOS and county filing offices will require all search requests and filing submissions to be completed online and no paper filings or search requests will be accepted. East Coast Jurisdiction Closures Due to Winter Storm Jonas

Due to Winter Storm Jonas, several East Coast jurisdictions are closing early or have closed today:
Delaware - In anticipation of the inclement weather and potential need for the early departure of their staff, the Delaware Secretary of State has modified expedite cut-off times. All 30 minute, One-Hour and Two-Hour submissions must be received by 4:00 PM (EST). All other cut-off times will remain unchanged.
