Virginia Corporate Commission New System Release

The Oklahoma Secretary of State is closed today, Friday, July 26, 2019, due to break in the water main. Any corporate filings submitted today will not be filed until Monday, given the issue has been resolved.
Filings will receive the date they are processed and not be backdated. Also affected are authentication/apostille requests and transmitting utility UCC filings.
