The Delaware Secretary of State staff will be available from 8 A.M. to 10:30 A.M.
- There will be no Priority 3 “Same Day” service or Priority 5 “Must Approvals”. After Division employees depart for the event at 10:30 A.M., agents may enter and submit Priority 5 “Must Approvals”. Those approvals will be processed on Thursday after the higher priorities have been processed.
