Keeping true to their dedication to California Entrepreneurs, the California Secretary of State’s office has launched its new California Trademark Search. This search tool provides customers with the ability to search active trademarks on file with their office.

Customers are now able to search by:
– registration ID
– description of mark
– registration date
– classification code
– name of owner
– US Patent & Trademark Office design codes

In addition to searching for active trademarks, customers will also be able to view filed documents and print PDF copies for free.
