Does this change impact filings I’ve submitted with “First Corporate Solutions, As Representative”
No, there is no impact to existing filings submitted under our Secured Party Representation Service (SPRS). The service remains unchanged and filings will continue to be submitted as “First Corporate Solutions, as representative” for the clients that are subscribed to that service.
