Delaware state offices anticipate potential closures during the week of 1/26/26 due to an incoming winter storm. In the case of state office closures, UCC filing responses, offline document requests, and other orders might experience delays. You can continue to submit UCC Filings and other Delaware orders in Ficoso as usual even during state closures, and they will be held and processed once the state’s offices are reopened.
